WordFrame Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 1st, 2025
Last Updated: April 30th, 2025

Welcome to WordFrame (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WordFrame website, application, and services (“Services”). By accessing or using WordFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use WordFrame. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Description of Service

WordFrame is a writing support tool designed to help students with the writing process. It offers structure, feedback, and guidance—not full content generation. The Service includes:

  • Writing project setup

  • Structured outlines and writing suggestions

  • Proofreading tools

  • Learning aids and progress tracking

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful and educational purposes

  • Not submit harmful, offensive, or plagiarised content

  • Not use WordFrame to generate content for academic dishonesty

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by WordFrame, including design, features, software, and documentation, is the property of WordFrame and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without written permission.

Your original writing remains your intellectual property. However, by using WordFrame, you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse your content for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our tools.

5. AI and Guidance Disclaimer

WordFrame uses artificial intelligence to provide writing suggestions, outlines, and proofreading support. These tools are designed to assist your writing process—not to generate entire essays or bypass academic integrity standards.

We do not guarantee that content created or assisted by WordFrame will pass AI detection tools. AI detectors are highly inconsistent and unreliable, and their results can vary widely depending on the platform, input, and context. WordFrame is committed to supporting ethical writing practices, but we make no claims that our guidance will be undetectable by any form of AI detection software.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your final work complies with the rules and expectations of your school, institution, or organisation. Always review and revise your writing independently.

6. Account and Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WordFrame at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the platform inappropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, academic performance, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
